Joseph Soelberg has owned and operated businesses in the marketing, medical equipment and digital services spaces for over 20 years. He has an Advertising Bachelors degree from Brigham Young University and a double major in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the Kelley School MBA program at Indiana University. Joe’s most recent work has been owning and operating the rendering firm of Studio Rendering Inc, dba SONNY+ASH. Joe managed this business successfully through the pandemic and the business has had progressively higher sales every year since 2020, with 2023 slated to be 25% growth year over year. He is passionate about building successful businesses through innovative marketing practices and continuous improvement projects.
In his spare time Joe enjoys hiking in the wilderness with his family.

Riley Siddoway
Riley Siddoway has owned and operated businesses in marketing, event management, consulting, and retail sales for well over 20 years. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Utah, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Charleston, and an MBA from the University of Utah with a focus in finance. In 2019 Riley founded and operated a niche retail business in Bozeman Montana and most recently acquired another retail business in Fort Collins Colorado to expand market reach and increase the buying power of both businesses. Riley’s Bozeman business grew from zero to a multi million dollar retail operation in less than three years. In his spare time Riley enjoys endurance sports such as cycling and trail running, and also enjoys adventure sports such as alpine climbing, backcountry skiing, and ice climbing.
